Two hours of bottomless craft coffee served from a custom mobile espresso cart. Includes espresso, cappuccino, 3 signature latte flavors, chai and alternative milk options. This all inclusive event package is staffed with one barista and fully equipped mobile espresso bar. All drinks are served hot or iced. Additional hours & drink options can be added.

Popular Upgrades – Our preferred vendors create backdrops, balloon sculptures, custom menus, custom cart panels, cups and other unique details to create a signature look for your celebration.

Mobile Espresso Cart Wedding Event

All inclusive espresso cart packages are the perfect addition to any wedding celebration. Choose the cocktail hour package (2 hours) or the full wedding (ceremony to send-off). Each package includes bottomless service of espresso, cappuccino, chai, 3 signature lattes and alternative milk options. Drinks are served both hot and iced.

Pre-event consultation with your event planner, florist, photographer, venue to ensure our espresso bar is integrated into your event design.

Popular upgrades include: monogramed cups, monogram bar front, floral front or customized panel.

    What is included in your packages?

    The Signature 2 Hour Espresso Bar Event includes:

    Delivery, set-up and break-down of the mobile espresso cart.

    One (1) Barista, espresso machine & fully equipped Roaming Spirits espresso cart (50-60 drinks per/hour output)

    Unlimited service of selected menu for 2 hours. Extra hours can be added for an additional fee.

    All consumables, locally roasted coffee, whole milk, almond milk, oat milk, ice, syrups & sauces.

    Unbranded hot/cold cups.

    Travel up to 50 miles round trip.

    What events do you serve?

    Our espresso carts and horse trailer cafe can be booked for a wide range of hosted events. This includes corporate events, expos, weddings, retail activations, trunk shows, open-houses, bridal and baby showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, graduations etc.

    Do you have minimum booking times?

    Espresso Cart & Horse Trailer Events:

    Our minimum package is 2 hours of service. Additional hours may be added to any package.

    Wedding packages are either - 2 hours for brunch or full service (ceremony to send-off)

    *Please note:

    Allow access 90 minutes prior for set-up prior to all events and 60 minutes after for clean-up.* This is included and not an extra charge. Total time on property is 4-6 hours.

    Can my guests order any coffee drink?

    Pre-selecting a menu for guests creates the best experience. We create your event menu with a variety of choices (espresso, cappuccino, lattes, americano and chai drinks). You may select 3 seasonal/signature syrups or request a favorite for your event. All drinks are served with a hot and iced option.

    No two events are the same. When you request a proposal, our Chief Experience Officer will get to know you and your vision. We walk you through recommended enhancements and customization options to make your event truly one of kind. Have something special in mind? We are always open to new creative ideas. We have a network of amazing vendors who work with us to bring your vision to life.

    Are there set-up requirements?

    Yes! Let’s talk about the logistics to set-up a mobile craft coffee shop at your event.

    The mobile espresso cart requires a level hard surface and dedicated power within 75 feet.

    For private residence events, we need sufficient access & clearance to unload and load our transport van. *A member of our team will contact you to review your site plan prior to sending your contract.

    A ramp or an elevator is required for placement other ground (first floor) level.

    All horse trailer events require a video walkthrough or site visit.
